TeamSonar was born from our own experiences as engineering leaders. We saw firsthand the challenges of managing growing teams and keeping everyone aligned and engaged.
Founded in 2023, we set out to create a tool that would help leaders make better decisions about their teams using data and AI, while keeping the human element at the center of team management.
Today, TeamSonar is used by hundreds of teams worldwide, helping them build stronger, more effective organizations through better team management practices.
